Today 25th January 2024, THRDC was delighted to receive a visit from an invaluable funding partner from the Swedish Embassy to discuss the progress of our three-year project together aiming to enhance the working environment for Human Rights Defenders (HRDs) in Tanzania, with a focus on HRDs protection, advocacy, capacity building, and institutional sustainability.

This partnership builds on a decade of collaboration between THRDC and Sweden. THRDC is grateful for this continuous and generous support of the work of HRDS in Tanzania. We look forward to seeing an improved working environment for the promotion and protection of Human Rights across Tanzania.
