The Tanzania Human Rights Defenders Coalition (THRDC) has officially launched a two-day training for grassroots human rights defenders and activists aimed at enhancing their capacity to undertake human rights protection and advocacy work effectively.
The training was officially launched today, April 29, 2024, by the National Coordinator of THRDC, Lawyer Onesmo Olengurumwa, and is expected to conclude on April 30th at the Flomi Hall in Morogoro region.
The training has brought together approximately 35 activists from 9 regions of Tanzania, including Morogoro, Dodoma, Njombe, Singida, Mbeya, Iringa, Rukwa, Sumbawanga, and Songwe.
