The Coalition strives to maximize the protection, respect and recognition of HRDs in Tanzania through, protection, capacity building and advocacy.
The promotion of deep respect and empathy for defenders and acting in a very responsive, rapid, flexible manner.
Basing on the fact that a concept of protection and promotion of the rights of the HRDs is new in Tanzania. It is important that well designed capacity building sessions to be availed to the media and HRDs. Read More

HRDC conducted a one-day digital security management training to 30 HRDs from upcountry and Dar-es-salaam on the 27th of April 2016 at the Blue Pearl Hotel-Ubungo Plaza Dar es Salaam.
