Ester is an experienced accountant and financial officer with more than five years of progressive career in finance, accounting, and operations management. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a registered member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors of Tanzania (NBAA).

She currently works as an Accountant/Fundraising Officer and Head of Institutional Building and Sustainability at THRDC. Her areas of expertise include financial management, business planning, compliances, budgeting monitoring, fundraising/resource mobilization, human resources, and administration.

She brings in-depth knowledge and skills to the table in conceptualizing and implementing financial policies and procedures, including internal financial controls, financial compliances, and costing; leadership and direction in continuously sustainably improving organization performance; and resolution of multiple & complex issues affecting the organization performance.

She believes in putting her team first and celebrating their accomplishments, which aligns with THRDC’s goals of creating positive impacts on individuals, society, and the community. She is passionate about supporting orphanages and programmes that help children and people with disabilities outside of the office.
