Since day one (7th March 2018) THRDC tirelessly played a great role to address my disappearance through media, probably this made them worried and eventually ended abandoning me in Mafinga, Iringa Region due to the higher pressure from THRDC members. Moreover, after being detained unlawfully by police for 18 days without being bailed nor meeting my one of my relative or THRDC’s lawyers, THRDC through its lawyers filed the habeas Campus case to pressurise the police to release me or to take me to the court.

I was so worried because I thought no one could be behind me at the court, I thank THRDC had already organized to have advocates who defended me from the beginning of my case up to end on 5th November 2018 when the Iringa residential Magistrate court set me free by finding me with no guilt.
I am too much grateful for THRDC, Tanzanian activists and human rights defenders must be proud of THRDC.
