THRDC believes in a mutual and reciprocal relationship between employees and the organization as we both rely on each other. THRDC believes that the quality of the organization depends on the quality and growth of its employees, both professional growth and financial stability. At the same time the quality and the growth of employees depends on how the organization struggles to ensure staff professional growth and economic stability.
